Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 12 months Prior AMEX exp preferred BSA Requirements: Roles: The BSA will be responsible to support the projects from a analyst perspective - project plans, status updates, escalations, Set-up meeting logistics and document when required in support of the SDLC process, etc.; The BSA will need to have basic knowledge in voice technologies to be able to communicate with subject matter experts (technical architects) from various architecture teams and interpret and document the shared information; Execute on the documented project plans and escalate when required; Report any critical issues if deliverables are not met and help provide contingency plans for each critical dependency; Gain knowledge and help drive in the development of Voice Reference Architecture, getting voice RA products/services into IT Service Catalog, IT Standards, Technology Life Cycle, etc. processes; Provide ongoing support to the team Technical Architects to meet the tangible deliverables; Participate in IT Governance processes for introducing new products or services into the enterprise and drive governance processes for projects; Help manage the communication plan to the Technology partners (e.g. Technology Contributor Network, SDM, HP, Operations, World Services, Vendor Governance & Management, etc.) and help obtain stakeholder approval for strategies and initiatives driven out of the Voice Architecture & Engineering organization; Work with other BSAs and PMs in other areas to build the architectural components in support of the voice technical capabilities Responsibilities Responsible for the planning, coordination and status reporting of projects from initiation to implementation; Provides regular project status updates; Works with Program/Project Managers and team Technical Architects to ensure successful project delivery; Develops project plans and ensure the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders; Identifies and tracks key project milestones (base-lining critical path); Ensures all systems of record for project reporting are kept current, direct and monitor work efforts on a regular basis; Helps PMs to monitor and communicate progress of project delivery in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues; Helps ensuring effective change control procedures and processes are efficiently used to maintain control on scope, schedule and cost; Facilitates post implementation reviews and ensures lessons learned are carried forward appropriately Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline highly preferred; Has previous IT and business work experience including managing team(s) in analysis and/or programming functions; Experience in developing project documentation and communication plans; Strong organizational and planning skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Must have demonstrated thought leadership and the ability to influence without authority; Highly motivated and results driven; Must be an independent self-starter; Holds high technical acumen; Knowledge of Telecom domains, products, protocols, architectural practices are strongly preferred; Understanding of AXP's current technology environment and processes (SDLC, PGB, RFS, Procurement) is a plus; Has prior relevant IT and business work experience; Requires financial acumen in terms of representing project financials within enterprise project management tools; May have experience performing as a Programmer/Senior Programmer Analyst and/or Service Delivery Engineer within a technical delivery/support organization; Drives Results; Builds and Leverages Relationships; Utilizes collaborative working practices; Has an excellent communication skill; Results oriented and high will to win Thanks, Kusha Next Level Business Services Phone:+1(904)-425-1563 Fax: +1 (608) 646-8326 E-Mail: <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] YIM: <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] Web: <http://www.nlbservices.com/> www.nlbservices.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
