Job Description:*
Responsibilities:
* Test Strategy/Plan Development (across a diverse set of projects within a
Health Insurance Book of Business
* Test Project Management. Management of the Testing Lifecycle from Strategy
and Planning through execution and Delivery
* Managing Test Lifecycle and its Documentation, Test Plans, Test Cases,
Testing Reports
* Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality
applications.
* Participates in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case
automation and test execution.
* Testing may include application, network, system and user acceptance
testing.
* Defect Management Defect Reports and Defect Metrics Reporting
* Working closely with the Test Manager and Project Teams to provide insight
on the status of testing from planning through execution and delivery
* Wording closely with the Test Manager to insure Testing Center of
Excellent best practices are deployed within the daily work stream and
projects assigned.
* Strong Test Lead/Management Experience at a program level including
managing at least one to two project test streams at the same time.
* Extensive Health Care Payer Testing Experience including strong Blue Cross
Blue Shield Testing Experience.
* NASCO Testing experience a strong plus
* Strong Health Care Claims, Remittance and Enrollment and Billing
experience also required. ICD-10 or Pharmacy experience a plus.
* Strong background working with strategic and global sourcing models for
testing and working with blended and matrixed teams.
* Strong Familiarity with HP Quality Center and QTP Tools
* Familiarity with Project Management tools, budgets and testing lifecycle
deliverables
*Requirements:
** Mandatory 5 years experience as a Sr. QA.
* Experience: 3-5 Years Test Lead/Management experience.
* Good knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software,
network) and their application to business functions/processes.
