This is 6+mth contract in NC specifically for a Software QA. *Face to face is required after telephone interview on own expenses if they are short-listed. * it should be reflective of how well their experience matches the requirement and how SR they actually are. *The description I am providing gives a clear idea what is most to least important in terms of experience*. Thanks so much for your time on this – any and all help is greatly appreciated. *Experience listed in order of priority: * Required skills/experience: • Experience with *Unix/Linux/Windows/HPUX/AIX* system concepts, administration, filesystem access protocols *( NFS,VTL or OST)* • Experience working with one or more *backup applications -NetBackup, BackupExec* • Experience with networking protocols *(TCP/IP, iSCSI, SAN)* • Experience in software testing/development -Passion for excellence in quality. • Knowledgeable of data storage concepts -*nearline and archive * • Experience in *systems troubleshooting and integration *• Responsible for architecting and implementing test strategy • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members • Test automation -Perl, Ruby • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Desired: * Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 3+ years of QA and Test Development experience or Master's with 1+ years.• Thank you & Have a wonderful day....
