Overall US Exp: *QA/Tester * *Greenwood Village, CO* *6-month contracts with likely extension* Data Testing Sr. Specialist Test Plan Documents, Test Cases, Test Execution, Could include: SQL Queries, Unit Test Cases, Automation test cases Implementation Plans: Production Support Handoff Ad Hoc Support Documents (ex.: Test Flows) Automated regression scripts Skills: 2-6 years software testing experience Advanced SQL skills Developing SQL test cases and experience with data validation testing using SQL Experience planning and executing testing on Data Integration/Data Warehousing projects Strong database knowledge, Oracle, TOAD Understanding of Shared Service Oriented Architecture beneficial Experienced in structured testing methodology Experienced in defect tracking tools and processes Three years experience in writing test strategies, test plans, coordination of testing efforts, test summaries Understands and experienced in structured software development Understands and experienced in data mining Function, regression and performance testing experience Excellent Analytical Skills Required system/software experience in: Oracle, TOAD, UNIX, MQC for test plans, execution and defect tracking, System/software experience nice to have: QTP, Unix shell programming, Perl Strong communications and analysis skills are required in order to interface with other system testers, developers, and other technical resources. Excellent follow through and a strong level of ownership is a must as this individual must be able to work fairly independently and show a strong degree of ownership on their tasks. Knowledge of the health care industry is not required but would be a plus. Other must have's include previous system test experience, Mercury Quality Center, data warehouse experience, Word, Excel, and the ability to create system test cases independently. Education Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent job experience.
