I need help with this as well – need someone who is more of a UI Developer with Silverlight 4.0 with Expression Blend and XAML – the person should also have design skills (photoshop etc) Phone screen + F2F *Role: .Net 4.0/Silverlight developers* *Location: Dallas TX* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rate: $50/hr Max* * * *Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* - Responsible for developing of new features, maintenance and enhancements of existing functionality - Facilitates effective team interaction and appreciates each team members’ contributions. - Delivers informative, well-organized presentations to team members and project leadership. - Communicates effectively with team members and project leadership to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. - Communicates and enforces coding standards. - Continually seeks opportunities to increase product quality and customer satisfaction. - Seeks development opportunities above and beyond required training. - Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions. *Minimum Knowledge, Competencies & Qualifications:* - Bachelor's Degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related field.
