*Title: OCM Consultant* Skilled OCM Consultant for an SAP Healthcare (Warehouse - Logistics Modules)
Location: Malvern/Philly, PA Start Date: 03/14/11 (need to identify candidate now) Duration: 14-18 months with possibility to extend Compensation: $60-65/hr + expenses (Prefer someone local or NE area). This resource will, however, need to travel to 20-30 different warehouses to implement and that travel would be reimbursed. If they are local to Philly, travel will be 50%. If not local, travel will be 90% Chosen candidate will need to have a standard background check and drug screen performed. Job Responsibilities: Provide best practice expertise and lessons learned, templates and methods for an OCM SAP implementation. Should understand and be able to develop and deliver against an ASAP plan with OCM deliverables. Able to build and deliver a communication strategy and plan, develop Change readiness surveys, understand how to deploy, set-up and develop change network strategies for plants, able to develop a templated approach to roll-on over 20 warehouses to SAP, working with a group of change agents plant level and process team members. Understands workforce transition, leadership alignments and sponsorship. Can work cooperatively as a co-lead, with the client, and be seen as someone they can count on to implement a total OCM program. Skill Sets Required: Understand SAP and Manufacturing, SD, Production Planning, etc.. - understand basic processes in an SAP implementation - can work well to get information needed for communications from the project team, and training team Conducts Audience and Stakeholder Assessments Develops Communication Strategy and Plans at corporate and at plant levels Understand workforce transition, and talent management strategies, to be used to build and capture Change Impacts due to the new SAP system Able to create communications from input from multiple resources Able to create clear, concise simple to understand language Able to develop Change readiness surveys, Can implement Change networks Understands how to roll-on plants during SAP- can develop communication/ change bundles in a templated approach used as a base for one plant to be rolled out to others A self starter, able to build a MS OCM workplan, can work independently and with others, can co-lead a project Good writer and communicator Has templates and samples of OCM work that can be leveraged by the client - (chg network strategies, newsletters, etc..)
