Job Description:*
· QA Test Leads are responsible for directing, controlling,
maintaining, and delivering the testing function within an application or a
project.
· They provide knowledge and guidance to teams in the preparation of
test plans (integration testing, UAT) together with the IT and business
resources.
· They also coordinate and manage the testers and monitor delivery
of testing to time, quality, and
cost.
· A senior experience level is defined as either having 7+ years in
the IT space or 5+ years in the specific technology they are contracted
for.
· Resources at this level would be expected to be able to take on
both though leadership and team leadership roles and could work with little
direction.
