Role: System Engineer Location - Middletown, NJ
Long term - 12-18 months Rate – Per Market Standard * Ten or more years of Systems Engineering and development experience *The candidate must possess an in depth understanding of service assurance systems *Solid experience as a business analyst and worked directly with process clients to translate business needs into technical requirements, ability to work effectively in a challenging environment within a large team with competing priorities and possess exceptional oral and writing skills. *Must able to create high level design, and contribute into low level design. *Must understand and have experience in all software development aspects of application design, programming, testing, and implementation. *The candidate must be able to demonstrate mastery of written and verbal communication skills which include ability to stay on subject, leverage use of good feedback, and use content appropriate for the audience *The chosen candidate must have hands on experience with IBM WebSphere Portal technology, and must also be familiar with Java Specification Request (JSR) 168 and JSR 286 standards. In addition, the candidate must have hands on experience developing portlets.
