Job Title: SQL Developer* *Location: Boston, Massachusetts Duration: 6+ Months contract with extensions* One of the source data sets is a denormalized MySQL database written with French table and attribute names; the target platform is a structured reference data, content management and data processing infrastructure hosted on Oracle. Client will decommission the MySQL Database. Person must understand basic table normalization and entity relationship theory, be able to recognize data problems (missing keys, invalid constraints, etc), and have enough finance background to be able to work independently with the business analysts and developers to investigate and resolve problems. Person must be expert / very fluent in SQL and SQL concepts. Client ill provide translations for the tables and attributes.
