1.         Minimum 3 Yrs Exp in SAP ABAP HR.
2.         Work on all aspects of HR ABAP *Analyze and translate functional
specifications into SAP HR ABAP technical specifications
3.         Designs and develop HR ABAP programs to meet the required
specifications using HR Logical Databases and HR Macros
4.         Experienced and knowledgeable consultants with HCM Forms &
Processes, Adobe Interactive Forms, Interfaces and SAP Standard Workflow.
5.         Extraction of data from SAP HR Info types, Time & Payroll
Clusters and integration with ESS/MSS using RFC technology
6.         Enhance HR Infotypes, Design Pay slip forms and Create Custom
Info types as per requirement

1)SAP FI CO requirement

Must have ECC 6.0 experience.

System expertise for configuring the SAP ECC 6.0 application

Experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, and PA

Experience in writing Functional specs for WRICEFW

 Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and
provide appropriate system solution; identifies, interprets, validates and
documents customer requirements

 Analyzes, designs, customizes, tests, maintains and supports the SAP ECC
6.0 application.

 Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system
enhancements

 Works self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor.

RATE :$65/hr

2) CO-PA:

Role Responsibilities:  Work side by side with client business
managers/analysts as the SAP Profitability and Marketing Finance process
expert. Project team is responsible for understanding, designing and
implementing SAP Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and Internal Order
Accounting (CO-IOA) based on business drivers and eventually deploying the
solution across business units of client located in North and South America.

Role Description: SAP Profitability and Marketing Finance Lead. Must have
experience implementing Profitability Analysis in a consumer products
environment and implementation experience with Internal Order Accounting.
Conduct requirements gathering, identify SAP CO-PA and CO-IOA gaps to fit
business requirements, delineate action plan required to build/implement
changes, identify master data requirements/impacts, perform CO-PA and CO-IOA
configuration (assisted by a team during design phase) to meet business
process design and application requirements, develop/change existing
functional designs for solutions based on RICEFs, conduct validation of the
solution (component testing/system testing), complete all appropriate
documentation required. Work closely with PDC (Philippines Development
Center) developers and configurations to implement required changes in the
system, work as a liaison for all SAP CO-PA and CO-IOA related designs being
worked with Accenture resources (PDC and locally).



Rate : $60/hr
