Incident / Change / Problem Management. Will assist in translating business
objectives in the Global Incident & Change Management area into clear
technology solutions, build and maintain strong relations with Global
Incident  & Change Management teams, application development as well as
technology infrastructure teams.



*Key Duties: *



·         Champion core ITIL processes aligning them to meet Asset
Management objectives in:

·         Global Incident management

·         Global Problem Management

·         Global change and configuration management



·         Negotiating and influencing within and across appdev and
technology teams in relation to the above

·         Undertaking Incident management as required

·         Managing relationships with business users, app dev and IT staff

·         Actively working with Global Incident & change Management , Tech
Infrastructure and Business Units to drive continuous improvement

·         Participating in regional change management meetings

·         Drive and manage the business unit specific Change and Incident
management meetings

·         Generating Incident & change reports on a regular basis



*Experience in at least two of the following technologies: *



·         Unix, Windows, Databases and/or Networks

·         Experience in at least one of the above mentioned technologies
coupled with experience in change/operations management

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to deliver in a fast paced & high pressure environment

·         Ability to develop successful client effective relationships

·         Strong team player Experience in Business objects, Remedy or any
ticketing system(s)

·         Experience in the Financial services industry

·         Exposure to ITIL service management principles.       *
