Need DataFlux Solutions Consultant, NC
As a DataFlux Solutions Consultant you will be actively engaged in implementing data quality solutions using the DataFlux suite of products. This role will provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and provide DataFlux consulting services, including solution development, implementation and closeout at customer sites. You will develop and enhance personal and group skills primarily to share gathered knowledge with other solutions consultants. Applicant must also have the ability to relate technical concepts to DataFlux applications and user needs and oversee the technical progress of ongoing services. Additional responsibilities will include: Conducting discovery meeting to collect, analyze, clarify and document business requirements during the sales cycle to support the implementation team and to produce a detailed solution proposal Scoping and defining work effort, resource plan and estimates cost on phase/project. Conducting project requirements gathering. Working on consulting projects and special projects as assigned. Installing DataFlux solutions and any required supporting products for knowledge sharing and demonstration purposes Providing reliable delivery of targeted project results through role as expert in the application of specific DataFlux methodologies, projects and technologies Participating in product and solution training to acquire and maintain a detailed level of product knowledge of core components of DataFlux offerings and assigned solution areas, how each solution addresses business challenges, competitive information to identify how our solution stands apart, and what challenges/limitations may be encountered Understanding, utilizing and communicating best practice methodologies internally and externally Providing support for regional business development activities and marketing events Working proactively with Systems Engineers, Technical Architects and other Solutions Consultants to strategize on opportunities, cross-training and knowledge transfer Qualifications: Bachelors degree in technical engineering field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering, 2 years of work experience in designing and developing solutions in technology areas such as: Application Development, Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing, and/or Data Integration Experience in application development using languages such as .Net,Java, C++, Visual Basic Experience with test plans, QA cycles, troubleshooting and defect resolution Ability to travel up to 80 percent of the time Experience in C/C++ and/or .Net application environment Experience writing technical requirements documentation Experience designing and implementing technical projects Fluency in Windows/Unix/Linux server environments, enterprise architecture, Java/C/C++, SOA/web services/XML, network infrastructure & topology, middleware/messaging, SQL query language, data modeling, and/or DB and application sizing/performance tuning Sampath | SRICOM, INC. | A Certified Minority Business Enterprise Off: 215 666 6059 | Fax: 215.638.8767 Email: samp...@sricominc.com 2075 Byberry Rd, Ste#105A, Bensalem, PA 19020 This email is not intended to be an unsolicited mail or 'SPAM'.
