Oracle DBA Demonstrable experience of managing high-performance, high-capacity databases in a critical production environment Solid Oracle 11gR1/2 - experience including build, general administration, troubleshooting (Break/Fix) and L3 performance tuning skills Experience in Clusterware (GRID Infrastructure) - CRS management and configuration Skilled in Oracle ASM administration Solid infrastructure knowledge including high-availability solutions such as Oracle DataGuard, Disk replication technologies (SRDF) , VERITAS clustering Excellent SQL & Database Level performance tuning skills Expertise in backup and recovery and migration using RMAN, datapump and export/import. Expertise in database upgrade from Oracle 9i/10G to 11G. Experience in maintenance and management of databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control. Experience on Solaris, Linux and AIX OS including strong shell scripting skills.! Competent in Change/Release Management ( ITIL based – preferably ITIL Foundation Certified) Willingness to work in a 24/7 Global support model Team player with excellent communication skills PLUS: Experience with Oracle Exadata, Golden Gate replication a plus D2D: Oracle DBA will be responsible for managing high-performance, high capacity databases in a critical production environment that is 24/7. Will be working with a Solaris, Linux, and AIX OS to build, administer, troubleshoot and tune level 3 issues on the Oracle 11gR1/2 & Oracle 11gR1/2 RAC databases. Will be responsible for the CRS management and configuration, in addition to Oracle ASM administration.
