Need Technical Product Analysts - Corvallis, OR - 6+ months Contract
POSITION PURPOSE: Analyze product requirements identified by Product Management, and create functional specifications to be utilized for technical specification, development, testing, and implementation. This includes defining scope and functional objectives through research and fact finding. Works with clients to determine and document business requirements. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports To: Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Peers: Product Analysts, Developers, Testers Primary Working Relationships: Product Managers, Product Analysts, Development Managers, Developers, Testers, Scrum Masters Direct Reports: None RESPONSIBILITIES: . Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to understand product and user requirements. . In collaboration with Product Managers and Analysts, analyze workflows, assess environmental factors, and identify usage/usability requirements. . Develop stories based on user profiles in cooperation with Product Management. . Develop and document Acceptance Criteria in cooperation with Product Managers and Analysts. . Analyze current or new product functionality and collaborate with Developers to understand software impacts and limitations. . Analyze third-party interface specifications and develop data maps. . Conduct internal and external design reviews to validate functional specifications. . Collaborate with Developers to ensure that software applications meet functional requirements. . Ensure that new or changed functionality continues to provide capability for clients to maintain regulatory compliance. . Develop recommendations for product design standards, as needed.
