NEED Web Sphere Admin - LOCATION - NJ - 6+months
. 8+ years experience
. Has experience in High Available/ High Performance systems
. Leading Cross Module Testing / System Integration & deployment
. Experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript and object oriented
frameworks.
. Experience working with Maven, Hudson
. Experience with software application development including user
interface design, multi-threading, asynchronous interfaces and debugging.
Preferable
. Experience in Test Driven Development - Continuous integration,
building, deploying modules.
. Experience in the entire software development life cycle including
design, development, and maintenance of a commercial product.
. Knowledge of the following is desirable:Linux IBM WPS, scripting,
Ext JS, Spring, Ant, Eclipse IDE and Resin.
. Familiarity with Postgres, Oracle, MySQL or other RDBMS systems.
. Experience in networking application development ( TCP/IP, Sockets,
debugging tools, etc )
- Experience working in telecom (broadband) or entertainment marketing
(TV/Cable)
- Proven creative problem solver with ability to work in a hyper-changing
environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the
organization
