Certified *PEGA* PRPC a plus Experience with Rules Engine Hands on experience with PEGA Rule Process Commander (PRPC) Hands on experience with Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, JDBC, Java Servlets and AJAX Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Applets, JMS, JMX, JSF, Web Services, SOAP and RMI Wide breadth of knowledge across many Java Open-Source technologies including Ant, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, XML parser technology, JUnit and HTTPUnit Hands on experience to deploy J2EE applications on different platform (like JBoss, WebLogic or WebSphere) In-depth knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server & DB2) Abilities/Skills: Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies and tools, and experience with large and complex systems. Experience with multi-system/platform program integration. Microsoft office expertise. Self motivated and quick-learner. Ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to anticipate problems and develop effective solutions. Entrepreneur and solutions oriented. Willing to be hands-on and work at tasks outside of normal duties if needed to support management objectives. Ability to manage multiple tasks, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs, and work under tight deadlines. Superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present technical terminology to internal clients of all levels and external vendors.
