*Sr QA Tester with QTP, Unix, Linux and SQL query Duration: 6-12 months+ Location: Los Angeles, CA
Qualifications* A BS degree in computer science or related engineering field is required, with at least 5 years practical experience in software development and/or software test/quality assurance engineering. A Masters degree is desired. Background should include a working knowledge of UNIX and/or LINUX operating systems and basic SQL querying skills. Some experience with Java, C/C++, Java, JSP, DHTML and XML is preferred. Experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Mercury Quick Test Professional (QTP), as well as Web services test experience using SOAPUI and other similar test tools is also desired. Candidates should also possess excellent written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with good planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
