Analyze application requirements and design documents. Develop performance test plans, create test scripts, setup test data, execute tests, analyze and document results. Contribute to or enhance existing load test scripts and process Analyze load test results and work with technical teams on problem diagnosis and resolution Skills Required: Should be able to work under minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, collaborate with and contribute to cross-organizational teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management skills and must be able to multi-task, handling multiple projects/tasks concurrently Strong knowledge of performance test concepts and hands on experience in conducting performance tests. Expert level knowledge of either LoadRunner or JMeter test tools, including scripting and test execution Should be able to review technical documents and application functionality and formulate performance test plans and scripts Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of web protocols (HTTP, XML, web services) and multi-tier architecture. Knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle Familiar with Single Sign-on, multi-factor authentication concepts Familiar with Java/J2EE programming environment, should be able to review system & application logs to identify and resolve issues.
