Candidates must have: Major Activities* · Updates Facility and Professional member benefits with appropriate cost sharing and CPT/HCPCS, ICD9/10 diagnosis and procedure codes on a yearly basis or as determined by the member contract. Reviews reports to ensure accuracy of data loaded in the contract files. Validate system modifications and perform user acceptance testing for I10 related changes, such as field expansion, code conversion, business rule configuration, and other related updates. · Perform post production validation to ensure accuracy of file releases. · Compiles, completes, and/or coordinates all documentation required by BTS, such as: special reports, Business Objects (BO) reports, spreadsheets, and other required forms. · Analyzes new and proposed (RFP) products and prepare documents to be filed within the PPM system to request IT support as required, eg: Maintenance and Production Problem Requests, NYSID requirements, etc. · Acts as a department subject matter expert while attending requirements gathering meetings with business owners and assists project managers with the development of complete business requirement documents for EPMO projects. · Researches and resolves problems that occur during normal claims processing and assist in system testing to ensure an accurate implementation of modifications to system logic. · Recommends system enhancements needed to be in compliance with contractual agreements. · Mass Adjustment initiation, review and validation of all reports generated, gathering of appropriate approvals from senior management, execution of the re-adjudication, and notification to all affected departments. *Strong Business analysis skills* Must also have UAT testing and Validation skills.
