And contribute towards designing and enhancing the approach, architecture and framework of test performance and automation. *Responsibilities* * Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, on performance related requirements and analysis * Collaborate with development team, product manager and architects to define and develop the test process, scenarios and test cases * Setup and manage test environment, perform testing with defect logging and verification, maintain test data and scripts * Participate in discussion related to test framework, strategy and tools selection * Present periodic test execution report and progress to stakeholders *Experience/Skills Required:* * Experience: 7+ Years of QA and / or development experience * Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in performance automation testing using performance tools like LoadRunner, JMeter etc * Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; with strong customer focus * Good understanding of Performance, Functional, System testing and tools used * Ability to define and prepare the acceptance criteria in simple language * Ability to determine impact analysis and efforts estimation for solutions and test scripts * Experience in both manual and automated test scripts execution and reporting * Experience in testing of the distributed systems * Experience of building automated testing framework with re-usable components * Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Sc. / IT / Electronics * * *Desired Skills:* * Experience of performing performance testing for large scale projects * Understanding of root cause analysis for application and performance related issues and errors * Familiarity with multiple bug/defect tracking tools * * *Position 2: * *Position: Sr. Test Data analyst* *Duration: 6 Months* *Location: Seattle, WA* *Summary* * Person would be responsible for understanding, generating and maintaining test data; and related analysis for project and organization level needs. * Should follow guidelines and best practices, to develop and manage data definition, data model and physical/logical data; with needed security standards. * Take the ownership of design and documentation of data elements, relationships, representation and access. * Should have good understanding of analyzing and formatting data, with excel and SQL. Should have experience with data categorization and producing statistical reports for better visibility of the data. * Should discuss and coordinate with various groups, for requirements and usage of test data. Role requires proactive reporting to Engagement Managers and other stakeholders. * * *Responsibilities* * Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, on data related requirements and analysis * Determine the approach/strategy for generating the test data * Compile, organize, maintain and verify the data for easy availability and reference * Prepare and manage test data model, structure, data flow diagrams, data mapping, sub-set of data and targeted test data * Ensure security of data - through masking, obfuscation, and controlled access to data/environment * Categorize and arrange data into various formats for reports and analyses. * Reviews data collection procedures and formatting of data *Experience/Skills Required* * Experience: 5-7+ Years.
