Expert ability to identify performance issues within the Database, Operating System, Network, Software (JAVA) or Hardware 3. Hands-on experience building enterprise level performance test suites 4. Excellent ability to partner with Developers, Systems Engineers and Database Administrators to collaboratively tune systems 5. Review automation implementations and encourage sound design principles while remaining practical and milestone driven 6. Thorough understanding of performance testing tools such as HP LoadRunner including open source tools 7. Expert ability to dissect large amounts of data and identify potential issues 8. Excellent skills in summarizing large amount of metrics into meaningful graphs and reports 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 10.
