Role and Responsibilities****

**·         **Work with City functional resources to assist with functional
upgrade to PeopleSoft CRM 9.1 (all modules)****

**·         **Support fit gap sessions, functional system changes, system
configurations, analyzing customizations, testing, and documentation****

Qualifications and Education Requirements****

**·         **3-5 years’ experience with PeopleSoft Customer Relationship
Management functional areas****

**·         **Support****

**·         **Helpdesk****

**·         **Field Services****

**·         **Experience with integrating CRM with other PeopleSoft
applications****

**·         **Experience with Employee Self Service (Helpdesk)****

**·         **Experience with GIS (ESRI) integration****

**·         ***Experience with CRM 9.1 is mandatory*

Preferred Skills****

**·         **Experience with Helpdesk workflow****

**·         **Business process analysis and customization review experience
is a plus****
