·        8 - 10 years of experience out of which at least 5 years into
performance testing
·        Holistic understanding of application portfolio, business
requirements and objectives
·        Good project planning experience and managing large performance
testing teams
·        Good experience in Windows / Unix based applications
·        Hands on experience with various technology stacks such as .Net,
Java, Sharepoint, ERP (Oracle, SAP), Thick client applications, Databases
(Oracle, MSSQL)
·        Very good knowledge of HP Loadrunner and Silk Performer
·        Good negotiation skill, should able to negotiate on the scope,
approach and timeline with various stakeholders among various portfolios
·        Good communication and presentation skill with considerable onsite
exposure.
