Title - UI Tester Location - San Antonio Duration - 6 m Sr QA Engineer (must have coding ex. With C# and SQL) Responsible for providing advanced testing, test planning and process improvement/leadership to ensure systems and changes meet needs of users and are free of defects. Tracks testing results, including system, integration, regression and loads. Plans and manages testing activities for a project and oversee the activities of one or more subordinate or peer testers. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, physics, other analytical and technical field and/or equivalent experience required. *Required Experience* Minimum of 7 years of experience in planning, managing and executing the complete testing process on systems ofsignificant complexity. Testing should include black box, grey box, performance, and interface testing. Minimum of 2 year of experience using an object oriented language such as C# . Minimum of 1 year of experience testing modern Microsoft technologies including: SOA, SQL, Stored procedures,SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS and Biztalk. Minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with the Business highly desirable. Minimum of 6 months of experience automating test execution using both below the UI and at the UI techniques. Experience Visual Studio Team System or another quality management system is desirable. Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies, risk management. Including experience in process analysis and improvement. Experience with software testing in multiple software development lifecycle models including Waterfall and Agile. Management skills including coordination of personnel, collaboration and conflict resolution skills. Excellent technical and business problem analytical skills, including the ability to understand and breakdown complex scenarios and find missing information. Excellent problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills. Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
