*I need someone with 5-7 years of finance experience or 3-4 years of
current finance experience. Strong ETL/Informatica experience.*

*Skills:
*-ETL and SQL and design and development and data store, data marts,
reference master data repositories
-Looking for an ETL Developer/database analyst with a minimum of 6-8 years
working in the financialIT community. Candidate should possess a strong
understanding of database concepts including data warehouse, operational
data stores, and data marts. -Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of ETL
concepts and should have hands-on experience in implementing data
integrations in Flat files, Sybase, Teradata, DB2 and/or Oracle using
custom development, a scripting language, or an ETL tool such as
Informatica.
-Candidate must have strong SQL skills and should have experience creating
detailed technical mapping specifications, which include sources, targets,
transformation rules, reference models, and developing data extracts into
Excel or common database.
-The candidate must have strong communication skills and be able work with
both users and IT team members in a highly collaborative team environment.
Candidate should be disciplined, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and
delivery-focused.
-To support this rapid business expansion, the growth of technology
capabilities and services is critical. The position is in a data
architecture group focused on delivering both tactical and strategic
database solutions to support mortgage analysis for retail banking.
-The individual will work closely with other team members, application
developers, and IT owners of the data sources. -Individual will be
responsible for the development of ETL Design, Development, Testing,
Migration, Deployment, Support, Database components, and providing custom
data extracts via reports, data extracts, and profiling tools such as
Informatica data quality, and for coding stored procedures. To be
successful, the role will require the individual to understand the banking
technology landscape, and to have the ability to gather data requirements
and prepare the data mapping, ETL processes, logical design the database
and/or the database changes required to load, reconcile and report on the
data.

*Skills Required
*-In-depth knowledge of data warehouse, operational data store, data marts,
reference master data repositories.
-In-depth knowledge of database concepts.
-Data profiling experience, Prepare Functional specifications document(s),
Data quality analysis.
-In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ETL Informatica
development, Performance tuning.
-Data analysis and database design, database tables, views, functions
creation experience.
-In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience Unix/Linux programming (shell
and Perl).
-In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of RDBMS systems, specifically
Sybase, Teradata, DB2.
-Strong SQL skills and database programming skills including creating
views, stored procedures and triggers, and implementing referential
integrity, designing and coding for performance.
-Strong Communication skills, co-ordination skills.

**

*Skills Desired
*-Experience in the Financial Industry, Retail Mortgages.
-Experience in Oracle Database design, development.
-One or more Informatica Data Quality/Analyst, Business Objects, Qlikview
development.
-Experience writing/supporting user reporting using Business Objects or
similar tool.
