*Description: * Under the leadership of the Manager, Software Development, the Interface Development Team Leader has primary responsibility for providing day-to-day direction and oversight to the Interface Developers and participates in the design, development, deployment and maintenance. Effectively provides technical direction, mentors and motivates the team to develop robust Application Interfaces. Responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining technical and functional specifications and ensuring that PriMed programming standards are upheld by all Developers. Work with technical analysts, developers and end users to understand business requirements and identify appropriate solutions. Ensures the company maximizes its productivity and profitability through the effective and consistent use of technology. As a member of the Software Development Department, the Interface Development Team Leader coordinates activities and project schedules with other Team Leaders and assists the Manager with staff recruiting and performance reviews. *Required Experience: * • *5+ years’ experience with the design, development and maintenance of enterprise level Software Development Interfaces*. • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team of technical professionals required; previous supervisory experience highly desirable • A sound analytical ability and strong understanding of Database Logic is essential. • *Proven experience MS SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), Biztalk, Erwin database modeling*. • Experience working SharePoint desirable. • IIS 7/8, AD/ADFS, Windows Server 2008, Name resolution, Basic Firewall rules and Proxy knowledge. • Demonstrated knowledge of structured development processes, technical project management, software testing and documentation. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills both technical and user focused. • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints. *Required Education: * • Minimum B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. • Microsoft certifications desirable.
