*Duration:          6+Months*



Job Responsibilities:



•                Work with the client project sponsor to deliver a
PeopleSoft implementation from start to finis

•                Act as lead resource on operations and maintenance of the
corporate CRM application, including gathering design and data requirements
for data capture, dashboard setup, and report

•                Serve as lead resource for integrating PeopleSoft CRM
Enterprise HR HelpDesk 9.1  with several down stream systems

•                Can lead workshops and labs for process design and
configuration

•                Can write Functional Specs for RICE development, develop
Test scripts

•                Support development, testing, and other normal ERP
implementation,activities

•                Provide first and second level support and training for
CRM users and act as primary contact for all CRM issues

•                Prepare functional specifications for the technical team.

•                Prepare overall testing Strategy and develop functional
testing  plan.

•                Ensure proper user security is setup, checked and
maintained for all users

•                Provide first and second level support and training for
CRM users and act as primary contact for all CRM issues

•                Develop and implement processes and procedures and
implement and integrate CRM solutions



Skills Required:



•                5-10+ years’ experience: administering and configuring a
CRM application working with workflows, page layouts, user profiles, roles,
security access, data validation, upgrade/installation and report/dashboards

•                Experience with PeopleSoft CRM Enterprise HelpDesk 9.1 to
include the full system lifecycle (Design, Development, System Test, QA,
Implementation and Maintenance)

•                Implementation experience of HR Helpdesk 9.1 module is a
must.

•                Good  consulting experience with business analysis and
software product implementation

•                Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image,
and deal confidently with complex business problems

•                Good communication skills
