Business Analyst (CRM experience required)

Description: *Business Analyst* (CRM experience required)

 This position will be responsible for system functional and non-functional
requirements gathering for Real Time Benefit and Siebel Dashboard, work
with Quality Analysts to create and review test cases, understand and
analyze business process and work flow to translate into requirements,
support production releases, and also assist in UAT testing

Prior Business Analyst experiences in analyzing business process and user
needs to translate them into system functional and non-functional
requirements.  System knowledge and experiences with CRM and web based
applications. Health Insurance company experiences preferred

Professional Work Required
To complete required work for MT integration with above-mentioned HCSC
systems for the line of business remaining in 2014, both Business Analyst
work focusing on requirements and Quality Assurance Analyst Work for
creating test plan, test cases and executing testing during User Acceptance
Testing and Production Verification Phase. The BA and QA expertise are
required to conduct work during requirement phase even for a conversion
project, planning and preparing for a release on the systems and also tasks
in getting users set up to use the systems as they are designed to for
maintaining quality and productivity standard.

 Scope of Work
The scope of work in my area includes professional work by BA and QA for
both RTB and Dashboard as well as any integration points to ensure
migration is complete and can be turned over to customers. These include:
 System assessment to determine current MT customer service work flow on
their existing legacy systems can be logically and systemically converted
for both functionality, data and maintainability with or without necessary
work around.  Both system analysis, writing new requirements and creating
necessary work around is also in the scope.
 Create test plan, test cases/use cases for system User Acceptance Testing
per SDM protocol and resolve defects and complete Production Verification
and obtain user sign offs.
Create work plan to release the changes and provide customer support to get
users on board
 For migrated groups, conduct testing to ensure real life data are used to
test out systems
