Please send your consultants resume on [email protected] *Jobtitle : QA AnalystLocation : Doral, FLDuration : 6+ Months Contract* *Note : Today and tomorrow is the Interview for this position and start date will be in this week.* The QA Analyst is responsible for building and managing the test plan for the main IT initiatives which are deployed worldwide. These solutions need to be verified in terms of functionality, performance, usability and compatibility with the existing enterprise applications. The QA analyst will ensure all the aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, are verified in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solutions. The QA Analyst will be a liaison between the business and development teams. *Responsibilities:* Understanding the business processes and functional requirements; collaborate with the business in the definition of the Test Strategy (goals, procedures, conditions) Documenting existing processes and functionality of new components, analyze and define testing requirements (regression testing, integration testing) Collaborating with members of the core implementation team on the definition and design of the Test Procedure Documenting test scripts Conducting manual testing and assist business and technical teams during verification phase Supporting team during documentation of test results and defect management process Ensuring adherence to project management process, systems development methodology and quality standards for producing project deliverables. Preparing status reports, elaborate meeting minutes and maintaining test documentation *Education:* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area is required. Certifications in QA are highly desirable (QAMP). *Experience: *The candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software QA or similar experience in an IT organization. Experience in Quality Management Software and Processes Experience developing Test Plans, Test-Case Designs and Test Scripting based on user needs and software specifications. Experience managing and executing Integration Testing, System Test and Acceptance Test Having experience working on a large scale project / program implementing software and process solutions. Must have experience of 1 or more software delivery methodologies, ideally Agile. Experience in Business Analysis is a plus. *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Must have excellent customer engagement skills. Excellent oral and written communication, capability to translate testing requirements into test plans Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables Strong organization skills with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
