*Bill Rate:* *open* *Duration: 6month * Our client is looking for a TIBCO Lead-BE or BPM in Sterling, VA. *Responsibility * · Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering services into production in collaboration with other dependent teams as business needs dictate. · Accountable for middleware service design that is available, scalable, maintainable, and extensible with minimal impact to existing capability or clients. · Accountable for ensuring quality and reusability in a middleware services architecture. · Consulted for their experience and expertise on implementing Design Patterns and Best Practices in middleware services development. · Responsible for leading a team of developers, assigning work, resolving impediments and performing quality (code/design) reviews. · Responsible for mentoring and training resources as appropriate. *QUALIFICATIONS * · Proven track record of using design patterns and best practices to serve business needs in an efficient manner so as to increase IT bandwidth for new functionality. · Strong feeling of "Divine Discontent" and the ability to determine when it is appropriate to use a tactical vs. a strategic solution; and how to handle "Technical Debt". · Proven track record of leading a team of developers (onshore and offshore). · Demonstrable background in agile development. · Experience with MVC using Java or C#. · Experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture patterns. · Experience coaching, mentoring and training technical and non-technical personnel. · Background in code review with sign-off responsibility above the peer review level. · Familiarity with "Feature Based Design" a plus. · Experience with Continuous Integration software a plus. *EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND * · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. · Minimum of 7 years software design and development experience, middle tier development required. · 2+ years leading development teams, off and onshore team lead experience preferred. · 4+ years of experience designing and developing with TIBCO and/or J2EE technologies; TIBCO BW, EMS strongly preferred. · 4+ years of experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, HTTP, JMS, FTP, XSLT and SSL required. · 2+ years of experience with SQL Server or some other relational DBMS · Knowledge of Enterprise .Net or Java software design and development strongly preferred. · Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile SDLC experience. · Experience developing and designing with SOA patterns, ESB, and UDDI registry Regards, Chetan Singh Dominion Technology Services Corp (804)859-7510 E-mail: che...@dtscinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
