Job Role: Kronos Requirement
Location : New Brunswick, NJ
7- 8 years of *Kronos Workforce Timekeeper *Products
· Konos implementation and upgrade experience
· Support the program design in the areas of Payroll and Time &
Attendance including being the on-site expert in Payroll and Time &
Attendance
· Pr Pioritize and resolve Kronos trouble tickets
· Implement corrective action for/on Kronos system - fix/patch
Level 1-2 Support
· *Coordinate Testing* Dry-Runs/UATs/Parallel-Testing *a. *Includes
data setups *b. *Troubleshooting *c. * Monitor testing progress
· Manage and coordinate weekly call with all the sites to manage
support
· Good communication
