This will include working closely with the technology teams and business groups across the organization. EMP is an infrastructure investment that enables scalable, multi-channel targeted marketing capabilities for the entire MasterCard enterprise. It is also designed to permit a more robust method in gaining consumer consent to have their information used for multiple purposes, while offering them the ability to refined and/or change their opt-out or opt-in choices at their discretion. • Support the growing need of tactical support for platform management including writing/managing business requirements leveraging the AGILE/ADAPT development process and JIRA toolset • Develop and execute test plans in support of the AGILE/ADAPT development requirements • Provide tactical data support for Siebel CRM cleanliness. • Identifies and supports enhancements to EMP as needed to improve efficiency, usability and meet evolving business needs • Ability to define, communicate, and enforce standards and consistency throughout the development process • Develop reports leveraging Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) *Education/Experience:* · 2+ years in writing and executing business requirements using AGILE/ADAPT and Jira · Understanding of Database Marketing/CRM concepts · Siebel Marketing, OBIEE or ExactTarget experience a significant plus.
