*Title: **.Net Programmer * *Location: Albany NY* *Duration: 6 + Months* *Job Description: * *Project Scope- duties of position* Healthcare Eligibility Assessment and Renewal Tool (HEART) effectively functions as the centralized application for the determination of Medicaid renewal eligibility at the Enrollment Center. Procurement of developers is required to continue ongoing system maintenance and to support changes in Medicaid regulations on an as needed basis. The activities and responsibilities that will be required in this project include but are not limited to: - Design of web pages and page navigations in Microsoft. Net environments. Should be able to identify .Net provided web controls that best fits the UI requirements. - Design and create user interface templates that can be used by UI developers. - Create/configure/ program .Net provided UI classes/Controls (to fit them to UI requirements). - Interface UI with Web service components. - Use Collections, XML. Datasets to populate UI elements. - Software development and maintenance tasks including debugging, coding, testing, and implementation. - Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation. *PART A: The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:* *Expert Level * *You must be a Senior Programmer with documented employment experience of 5-7 years (60-84 months).* - You must have experience with analysis, design coding, component and assembly testing of all application owned by the Application Team. Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions. - You must be able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. *PART B: Requested Desirable Qualifications *The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 4 of numbers 1 through 7. 1. 60 Months of experience in Designing and Implementing Information Technology Solutions. 2. 60 Months of experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments. 3. 60 Months of experience with PL/SQL and SQL server reporting services. 4. 60 Months of experience developing .Net Web Services. 5. 48 Months experience with Oracle database, and preferred experience with Oracle 11G. 6. 48 Months of experience with ASP.NET with AJAX. 7. 24 Months of experience with Visual Studio 2012 IDE.
