Also participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations. - Individual has provide design oversight and guidance to more junior business and systems analysts. Individual has to write high level and low level technical requirement documents - Effectively work as part of a globally blended team of resources (both associates and consultants). Typically requires a minimum of 5-10 years of applicable experience.
