*Oracle e-Business Suites Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional SME*
- Perform admirably as the team’s primary functional Oracle eBusiness
Suites (EBS) HCM leader and expert.
- Work on a team of Oracle eBusiness Suites (EBS) technical and
functional analysts to support and evolve the client’s Oracle EBS
environments.
- The team performs the following:
- Resolve support requests within Service Level Agreement time frames.
- Assess and triage production issues.
- Escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Deliver defect-free enhancements that are compliant with industry
and application best practices.
- Using Computer Aid’s metric based support methodology and tools,
perform analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Provide basic leadership and mentorship technical team members.
- Foster strong relationships and interact with the business ownership
on a daily basis.
- Proactively provide guidance and consulting to the client on Oracle
opportunities, risks, challenges, etc. that impact the organization. Help
support and define the client’s future application roadmap.
- Follow, enforce, and enhance CAI’s service delivery methodology and
processes for the client’s unique environment.
- Ensure the team excels at accuracy, quality control, risk
assessment/mitigation, expectation management, and communication.Document
application and system processes.
- Perform, document, and test system configuration.
- Gather requirements, deliver design documentation, develop and execute
test plans.
- Execute projects and/or initiatives as assigned, including an upgrade
to R12.
- Support the maintenance of training materials.
- Using Computer Aid’s metric based support methodology and tools,
perform analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Participate in cross training and knowledge sharing of best practices
amongst and outside of the teamOrganize and prioritize work, be proactive,
take initiative, resolve problems, follow through, and simultaneously
manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.

*Position Requirements/Technical Skills:*
- Must have experience as a Functional expert implementing and
supporting Oracle HCM and Payroll related modules:
- HR (full, not shared)
- Payroll
- HR Self Service (ESS, MSS)
- Must have a good understanding, if not expertise, in the following:
- Advanced Benefits
- iRecruitment
- Learning Management
- “Formal” EBS application support experience is strongly desired.
- Must have a strong customer service orientation
- Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication
skills
