Title: BPM/ODM/ESB  Developer
Job Location : New York
Duration : 6 mths+

Specific Skills Required:

1.       Worked in integration projects for over 5 years
2.       Experience in Design, develop, and deliver business services 
through the use of IBM’s IIBv9 ESB tools, specifically BPM (Business 
Process Manager Advanced) ODM and J2EE Services.
3.       Must have experience with ESB/SOA architect  and Web Service 
standards (REST, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT)
4.       2+ year experience in ESB (IIBv9) integration development 
experience using IBM Business Process Manager (WBPM) and IBM WesbShare 
Operational Decision Manager  (WODM)
5.       Strong development, support and administrations skills on 
integration solution involving IBM Message Broker, Message Queue and/or 
Integration Bus v9.
6.       Experience with IBM BPM V8.x project for a year
7.       Knowledge of Java/J2EE frameworks such and must have Spring, 
Hibernate, CXF, ANT, Maven, Camel and Jenkins to assist in production 
support tasks.
8.       Worked on IBM integration stack (IIB/MB) for at least 3 years
9.       Able to lead a team for providing support and maintenance.
10.   Manage incidents by understanding issue, triage, apply fix, test and 
deploy.
11.   Experience in performing enhancements to integration solution.

Responsibility:

1.       Own incidents related to integration and BPM issues assigned and 
take it to closure.
2.       Acquire knowledge from project solution implementation team
3.       Co-ordinate with other team members distributed at onsite and 
offshore
4.       Independently analyze and provide fix to production issues
5.       Create deployment guideline for IIB and BPM related solution.
6.       Review and analyze the existing application business logic 
corresponding to rules to be developed for the ILOG/WODM JRules 
application. 
7.       Rule development lifecycle disciplines (rule design, modeling, 
validation and deployment) based on the ILOG/WODM Standard methodology
8.       Interact closely with Business stakeholders to understand 
requirements. 
9.       Work under the direction of the Customer Architect to code and 
test significant enhancements to existing software using JAVA, IBM WBPM, 
WODM 8.5, Decision Server and Decision Center. 
10.   Implement detailed rules, following appropriate syntax and using 
standard vocabulary. 
11.   Work closely with offshore-onsite technical leads to ensure project 
deliverables are delivered on time and with high quality.
