*Locations: Charlotte, NC (Or) Santa Monica, CA (Or) San Francisco, CA*

*Duration: 3 Months+*

*Note: Prior Wellsfargo Consultant's are most preferable *



*Job Description:*

• Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by
planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of business problems to be
solved with Wholesale Profitability platform
• Conducts evaluations of business requirements and recommends appropriate
alternatives to business line with the support of Profitability platform
technical teams
• Engages with all areas of the Wholesale Services organization, including
technology programming resources, senior leadership, business teams,
testing teams, finance teams, and others involved with the Profitability
platform
• Presenting or assisting in the presentation of requirements and solutions
to broad audiences, with the ability to drive to consensus agreements
• Works with user groups to document and assess user needs, and recommend
changes to the Profitability platform reports and tools
• Drives documentation from initiation to conclusion independently, with
some to little supervision
• Supports training and technical teams during development and testing
cycles

• Previous experience working with technical teams in translating written
requirements into technical specifications

• Background with Wells Fargo documentation process for projects (including
BRDs, FSDs, change controls)

• Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly

• Ability to adapt to environments / situations that are not always clearly
defined or ambiguous

• Familiarity with various lines of business in the Wholesale group

• Familiarity with cross-sell processes and agreement structures

• Highly efficient at managing large numbers of activities/tasks

• Solid writing skills

• Self-starter with ability to work with limited oversight, solve issues
through collaboration

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong presentation skills

• Basic understanding of financial statements and metrics
