Position: *Windows 7 Lead Analyst* Duration: 6 Month Location: St. Paul; MN (NEED *Local*) Rate: ALAP *NOTE: NEED LOCALS* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* *Windows 7 migration* efforts at hospitals in the Twin Cities metropolitan area These individuals will use existing templates and processes to document scope for each assigned facility and to develop detailed plans in partnership with hospital leadership and the project team These positions are customer-facing roles These positions report to the client project manager and work with other project managers and team leads to achieve project goals *Special considerations:* Work will involve travel to client hospitals in the Twin Cities metropolitan area Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Mileage reimbursable Some evening and weekend work is likely during critical migration activities. *Skills:* Effectively establishes and maintains working relationships at all levels. Excellent analytical and planning skills Demonstrated leadership Excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated flexibility and diplomacy *Healthcare industry experience preferred* Project management experience helpful but not required *Key deliverables* Hospital scope document for *Windows 7 migration* Overall *implementation plan* for the hospital, developed in partnership with hospital leadership and project team. Identify and mitigate risks and issues of the *Windows 7 migration specific* to the assigned hospital. Coordination of the migration and support teams specific to the assigned hospital migrations. .
