*Position:- SAP ABAP technical integration* *Location: Alpharetta, GA* *Duration:- 6+ Months* *MOI: Phone* *Need Only Citizen or GC. * The IT SAP technical integration Transition Manager is responsible for the SAP integration transition activities related to the firm’s green field SAP initiative. The main activities are to assure the smooth ongoing operation and support of IT solutions affected by the Program to the Operational support functions that will support the solution through business as usual (BAU) support. This role will deliver against the transition scope and plan for the Program, a program which is delivering global extended service offerings for end users through the implementation of SAP. Support Transition of Interfaces and all system based integrations for solution from Development to test, go live and steady state support. Work with Business and Application support vendors for new design and issue resolution process. Also support extended service offerings include, though are not limited to, ServiceNow, Fiori, Duet, and integration to other platforms. *Job Functions:* • Responsible for planning and overseeing the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes operational readiness, operational acceptance, support documentation and acceptance checklists. • Ensures service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope • Deliver against the transition plans including infrastructure/application support models, change management, learning & communication deliverables • Contribute to the business readiness plan, taking into consideration deployment, data migration, coexistence, capability deployment (training and engagement activities) and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the ’business as usual’ environment • Monitor the effectiveness of installations and ensures that appropriate recommendations for change are made • Access, analyze, develop, and document project changes based on requests for change with support from the project delivery team. *Skills:* • *8 Years SAP ECC technical experience,* Skills, Knowledge in application development & Expertise SAP Application Support or Development Manager with sufficient experience in cross domain SAP applications in for various sectors. • SAP Application Development experience. • Knowledge of SAP ECC development cycle and objects from requirements gathering to development, testing and promote to production. Experience in Global delivery model. • SAP Application Support Experience • SAP PI/PO experience for integration is a plus • SAP CRM integration experience is a plus • SAP SRM integration experience is a plus • SAP MDM integration experience is a plus • SAP cross application expertise • Knowledge and experience of deliverables management . • Sufficient and proven experience in designing/supporting cross functional SAP applications. • SAP ABAP subject matter expert – Previous knowledge on development and management Interfaces, ALE/IDOC, BADI, BAPI and usual ABAP WRICEF. • Very good understanding of the customer strategy, services and business processes • Ability to work and team effectively with IT Services groups and other management personnel including on a global, virtual basis • Knowledge of service transition methodology, tools and templates • Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises Design of interface for customer enhanced objects (not SAP Standard) • Master data exchange in both direction • Design monitoring concept for error handling • Support field mapping • Challenging business requirements • Preparation and Execution of unit tests • Handover of interface design to offshore developers *2.
