Please find the reqirement details below *Title:* Business Systems Analyst V *Duration:* 7 Months *Location:* Salem, Oregon *Note:* Consultants should be local to Oregon and should have strong Health Care experience. The MAGI Medicaid System Transfer Project is looking for staff augmentation to provide the role of a Lead Business Systems Analyst V support. The resource is expected to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objective and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a BA in area of specialty and eight years or more of equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of contractor staff. The Business Systems Analyst V shall collaborate with and assist the Medicaid System Transfer Project Office of the OHA with Quality Assurance and Test activities. *Specific Tasks* • Develops, publishes and implements test plans, • Writes and maintains test automation, • Develops quality assurance standards, • Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts • Defines, documents, analyzes, performs and interprets tests for products, systems, components, or modifications, • Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions, • Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports *Desired Attributes* • Expertise in IT Systems Project Management, Systems Development Methodology • Expertise in integrating and adapting to fast paced project and changes • Experience in public sector IT projects • Experience in leading a team or project management discipline • Experience with Medicaid Business and Systems preferred *Contractor Cooperation* The OHA MAGI Medicaid System Transfer Project expects all contractors to cooperate and work together and to implement and adhere to the highest standards of performance throughout the engagement. All contractors will be responsible at all times for cooperating with one another and OHA staff to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer among all project resources.
