*9to9* Software Solutions is looking for an *Agile Business Analyst for their client located in Houston, TX* *Role: Agile Business Analyst* *Location: Houston, TX* *Duration: 12 Months* *Interview Mode : Phone + In-person* Client is looking for an Agile Business Analyst (with scrum master certified is a plus) to play the primary role in collecting business requirements for a highly visible mobility project. This role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as experience being a team collaborator and representative. In this position you will work with clinet stakeholders, business units, third party vendors and IT to define, document business processes and create application requirements for developers to follow. *REQUIREMENTS:* · 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in software development creating User Stories in a true Agile / Scrum environment. · Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation and change management · Experience performing end-user interviews, leading requirements gathering sessions, and User Acceptance Testing · Exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns · Able to forge strong relationships with stakeholders · Experience in wireframe/blueprint prototyping · Detail-oriented with excellent follow through on requests and commitments · A strong grasp of BA methodology in Agile framework and proven competency in BA process and standards · Experience with JIRA or other agile toolsets is a plus. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application requirements · Leads and elicits requirements using workshops, interviews and task/process/workflow analysis · Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs · Write concise and effective user stories with precise and accurate acceptance criteria that will be used by Developers, QA and product owners to insure that stakeholders and product owners intent is effectively captured and developed. · Gather and manage “User Stories” into a “Product backlog” ensuring the major features of user stories are measurable and delivers business value. · Prioritizes User Stories and serves as a conduit between the Product Owner/Customer team and IT team through which requirements will flow through. · Work with product owners to validate and accept or reject completed features · Responsible for creating Visual Models such as Work Flow Diagrams and Wireframe prototypes. · Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish and drive product vision as well assist in creating a minimum viable product for the customer. · Facilitate rapid and meaningful releases *Best Regards, * * Ram* Sr Technical Recruiter | 9to9 Software Solutions LLC W:203-678-8000 Ext:209 | F: 855-929-SOFT r...@9to9soft.com| http://www.9to9soft.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
