The client is currently using PeopleSoft HCM 8.9. While the project is considered to be a re-implementation they will utilize Oracle upgrade scripts to bring data from existing 8.9 to 9.2. The qualified resource must have prior experience configuring change assistant, running Oracle upgrade scripts, custom data conversion, validating conversion results and troubleshooting issues. *Additional Skills:* Must have completed at least one full life cycle of an upgrade project in the last two years and must have the ability to plan and execute upgrade scripts. 10+ years of consulting experience as a PeopleSoft HCM / HRMS Technical Lead or Sr. Developer Working experience in *PeopleSoft Portal/Interaction Hub* Expertise in all PeopleTools including but not limited to, Application Engine, Component Interface, PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker, AWE (Approval Workflow Engine).
