*Position:- SAP BI/BO Consultant * *Location:- Atlanta, GA * *Duration:- 6 months+* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Need Only USC, GC, EAD GC* · An advanced functional and technical senior business systems analyst with professional experience in master data management (MDM ) technologies, managing business intelligence applications, modules and processes, the mission of this position is to analyze business requirements and to identify projects and technologies which will enable significant improvements in the corporation’s reporting and decision support functions. The focus of this position will be to enable master data quality business processes with technology solutions as well as analytics and reporting across multiple strategic systems. The Senior Business Systems Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both business needs and a solid understanding of industry requirements and technology best practices. In addition, the Analyst will function as a project · Manager to coordinate and facilitate the work of cross-functional company resources assigned to technology projects. · This position may also assist in routine maintenance for specific modules in the company’s suite of business applications. This position collaborates with business process owners to foster a positive IT customer relations environment. *Essential Job Functions:* · The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the following functions: · Develop, as defined by the business, and maintain the current and future COMPANY MDM domains (Customer,Vendor, Materials, etc.) profiling rules, scorecards and reporting in SAP Information Steward and Data Services · Develop, as defined by the business, and maintain a master data harmonization hub with ETL capabilities to harmonize key master data elements across multiple strategic systems of record · Provide ongoing technical support to the business to efficiently profile, cleanse and integrate/retire M&A/divestiture master data and or master data resulting from systems conversions into the strategic systems of records · Work cross functionally to design, develop, implement and maintain active master data governance technology solutions to support the business processes that ensure new master data maintenance or maintenance to existing master data conforms to data quality standards before entering the system of record*.* · Develop and maintain master data architecture documentation as well as documentation for the above MDM areas of responsibility · Lead and define business requirements working with management and professional staff in user departments. Technical solutions must satisfy the business needs for the future, i.e., take into account company growth and objectives. · Use leadership and professional general business skills and industry-specific skills in combination with strong technical capabilities to implement analytics for financial reporting, consolidation, planning and forecasting. Additionally the same technologies are used for operational planning and forecasting. · Solutions include all phases of analysis, design, implementation and production support. · Manage working relationships with a diverse group of business people and gain an understanding of the complex nature of the COMPANY business. Maintain familiarity with the business plans of the Company and the departments serviced. Remain knowledgeable of information technology and Company business operations. · Responsible for assembling and managing project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Familiar with the systems’ scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the work team. · Prioritize projects and tasks in order to achieve department and company objectives. Ensure adequate communication is maintained regarding all project status and priorities. · Develop detailed system design documents which support the business requirements. · Conduct technical reviews and walk-through of IT design documentation with development and design team members. · Review and critique the technical documentation of other systems to assure quality products. · Provide support for designated application systems. Augment and facilitate the design, development, and implementation of enhancements to existing business systems. · Work with COMPANY corporate IT on disaster recovery procedures and testing · Provide support for routine system maintenance · Provide guidance in creating standards, testing procedures, version control, etc. Maintain a professional awareness of tools and techniques that might be used to improve the quality of service. *Skills required* · Experience in designing financial management and planning metrics and analytics. Activities should include analysis of business requirements for the financial applications, analysis of accounting and finance rules and practices, documentation of financial requirements, design and build of data models, and building the resulting analytics/metrics · Experience with at least one additional multidimensional OLAP tool is desired · Professional leadership experience in SAP and/or other ERP systems · Professional leadership experience of in BW/BI including data extraction, staging, transformation, loading, and query development · Leadership Experience with developing custom Data Sources and enhancing existing Data Sources in OLAP environments · Professional experience leading best practices in BW/BI Data Modeling · Experience developing and architecting data integration, data management, and data quality services solutions specifically utilizing Business Objects Data Services · Expertise in the Business Objects Data Services platform products (Data Integrator, Data Quality, Information Steward, and Meta Data Manager ). In addition, the ability to position all of these products correctly in an enterprise solution is a plus. · Ability to coordinate with customers to map existing legacy system data and structures to the SAP ERP system. Ideally should have experience doing extracts from both Non-SAP and SAP source systems. · Professional Leadership experience with ETL design and implementation involving the extraction of data from a variety of legacy systems, integration, and cleansing of data before loading into data warehouses. · Experience with managing and implementing Data Quality for Data Cleansing, Data Profiling, etc. · Experience with managing and working directly with customers to validate requirements for clean sing and standardizing existing legacy master data and provide custom configurations in unique environments · Experience with using SAP Business Objects and SAP Data Services to perform data profiling on source systems to assess legacy data quality · Professional leadership experience in business process modeling and requirements definition · Professional leadership experience in business functions addressed by Data Services solutions, including: Financial Management/Reporting; Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing and ability to articulate the business value of Data Services · Understanding methodologies used to implement Data Services solutions *Educational Requirements:* · Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline required (information technology, accounting, finance, mathematics, engineering) *Background / Experience:* · 7-10 years of Master Data Management process and tools experience · 10+ years IT experience including 5 years in SAP BI modules. Experience in both implementation and application support is desired.
