Qualifications Education: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience required.

Experience / Skills / Other Requirements: •5 years of business analyst or
system analyst experience required, including working with diverse user
groups, writing requirements specifications, and functional testing in the
Material Management areas of SAP. Experience in the configuring and
customizing of SAP MM module and all of their integrations, including FI/CO
operations. Technical Skills and Competencies required for this role
include: •MM Functions: Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Contracts,
Release Strategy, Workflow, Taxes, Logistics Invoice Verification
Integrations: •External Systems to and from SAP including BW •Internal
Modules and especially between FI/SD/MM/BW Preferred skills •Communication
with customers •Able to manage themselves with being collocated with the
main customer •Functional Financial Experience •Training and mentoring
peers and customers •BOBJ

Responsibilities We are currently seeking a SAP Netweaver MM Analysts to
partner with SAP FICO, SD Analysts, Purchasing Team and the Financial Team
to deliver industry best practice standard application solutions for
business processes. The MM analysts will be concentrated in the SAP ECC MM
Module but also will be working with and interacting with BOBj/BW.

Focal responsibilities include: •Encourages well-designed and well-planned
functional solutions through the use of project and design reviews.
Evaluates solutions for usability, applicability to other sites, Adheres to
our standards for requirements gathering, analysis, software requirement
specifications, test cases, user interfaces and user documentation. •Works
closely with corporate teams to identify & deliver the business needs of
global Purchasing and Finance user population, gathering requirements and
analyzing existing SAP software capabilities to meet the business
requirements. Configures site specific and global parameters in support of
usage decisions. •Develops and documents the functional requirements /
design where customization is required. Utilizes common techniques such as
use cases, test cases, DFDs, etc in development of the requirements
specifications •Builds, documents and executes test plans to ensure the
quality of software changes. Writes support and user documentation. Trains
users and peers as necessary •Acts as the SAP application and works with
the other functional analysts to define and implement business processes
that span functional boundaries within the application. •Supports and
resolves user production issues via problem analysis, identifying if
application issues are related to data, application configuration or bugs
in the vendor or custom software. Communicates software bugs to both the
vendor and the internal development manager/service desk. Provides
off-hours operational support as needed (Finance function normally operate
within business hours, however month end/year end/annual budget cycle and
large implementations may require SAP IT support) •Reviews and evaluates
process improvement opportunities and works with users to define and
quantify business benefits and software costs while always working to keep
to Standard SAP Process •Proactively reviews new software updates for
functional changes that may impact business usage, customizations and
standard work instructions •Coordinates with users, site and corporate
management, software development and application administration groups to
ensure that Finance application requirements are met •Utilizes analytical
skills and technical expertise together with business knowledge to identify
and implement various SAP systems
