Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools are required. · *Automated or manual testing experience* with vendor systems that interface with mainframes - specifically Early Resolution (ER) system from CSC with knowledge on workflow and/or decisioning areas of the system. MSP mainframe system from Black Knight, formerly *LPS experience* also required. · Must have experience in *writing and executing manual test cases*, ability to identify and document defects, report test progress to management and escalate issues as needed. · Experience with *agile methodology TFS tool* - Microsoft Test Manager a plus but not required.
