Please go through the below JD and let me know your thoughts at the earliest. *QA** Performance Engineer* *Cupertino**, CA* *6+ months contract* * Required Skills* · 5-10 years of experience with JMeter. · A deep understanding of performance testing methodologies. · Strong understanding of web technologies including HTTP headers, HTTP verbs, SOAP and REST-ful web services, JSON · 5-10 years experience with UNIX performance monitoring tools. · 5-10 years experience with JVM performance monitoring and profiling tools. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The individual will be writing reports to senior team members including management and will collaborate closely with development teams. · Excellent understanding in troubleshooting best practices. The individual will need to proactively triage and resolve issues as well as insuring proper communication is taking place with the affected teams. *Nice to have* QE Experience strongly preferred. · 2-5 years of Java programming experience strongly preferred. · Experience with Selenium Automation preferred.
