Must have experience reshaping/resharping/refactoring existing .net
application code to reduce complexity, make preexisting code, leaner,
sharper, more efficient
must have experience with unit testing (visual studio is preferable but
we’re open to other toolsets), write and explain unit testing.
must have the ability to mentor/coach other developers on how to
reshape code and write unit tests
communication skills are key. we prefer a developer to a “trainer” type
role as we’re looking for someone with developer experience, not someone
who writes presentations.
vb.net preferred, asp or c# acceptable
