Should have knowledge on Software Technologies. Candidates with a good knowledge and passion for selling bench candidates for US market with Corp-Corp. Should be able to market active consultants and place them on project with fixed time frame. Excellent understanding of the candidate management processes, including resume submittal; follow up with client/candidate, status update to candidate, documentation of submitted profile and closure. Should have great knowledge and awareness of the current market scenarios. Must be consistent in preparing & submitting daily/weekly reports to senior.
