Job Title: IDM Business Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA

Business Analyst:
The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business teams, technology 
teams and support teams in order to improve the products and services being 
delivered by the  organization. The position is responsible for working with 
the business groups to understand their current access and determine how to 
standardize access across their teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

   Meet established timelines for project intake/assessment, business outreach 
activities, and requirements gathering.
   Provide advice, guidance and direction to the business units regarding their 
access
   Responsible for assigned business units, leading them through reviews of 
their access and developing their access roles
   Massage, "slice and dice" in various ways data as needed. Create new ways to 
analyze and portray data to meet constantly changing needs
   Identify process improvement opportunities and develop ways to ensure a high 
level of product quality with less time/effort required

Required Skills:

   Requirements gathering/analysis experience on projects implementing Identity 
Management and Role Based Access Control projects
   Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
   Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
    Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
   Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, 
deadline-oriented environment, and make key decisions in a timely manner
   Proven success as a business analyst, with demonstrated ability to 
facilitate discussion and build consensus
   Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as team member with 
outside divisions and departments

Nice to Have:

   Experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
   Access Management operations/administration
   Knowledge of security
