Develop and maintain GOSU language application code within Guidewire Policy Center, applications. 2. Plan, design, develop, modify, debug and evaluate moderately complex software for functional areas. 3. Analyze existing software or work to formulate logic for moderately complex new systems. *Qualifications:* 1. Responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of application enhancements for the Policy Administration System (Guidewire Policy Center based application). 2. Demonstrate in-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with Guidewire Policy Center 7 or above including configurations and integrations. 3. Well versed with Guidewire recommended guidelines and the best practices. 4. Capable of developing comprehensive integration solutions. Provides technical consulting to management, business analysts, and technical associates, while working in coordination with the architecture team. 5. Designs and develops test plans for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing. 6. Possesses skills and knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) methodologies and processes such as object-oriented programming, distributed, and cross-platform program communication. 7. Knowledgeable about emerging and evolving technologies and approaches. 8. Understands business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions 9. Expected to be a reliable technical professional that can handle job responsibilities autonomously. *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* *Required:* 1. Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2. 3 – 5 years systems development experience designing application solutions for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization. 3. 5+ years technical experience in enterprise level application design, execution and software deployments 4. Hands-on development expertise on Guidewire Policy Center 7 or above with configuration and integration 5. Skilled in the use of applicable programming languages for the areas he or she is developing code for not limited to Java, SQL, .Net. 6. Skilled in application design and demonstrated ability to understand new technical concepts and apply them. 7. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and balance conflicting priorities 8. Excellent written and oral communication skills to include documentation. 9. Ability to collaborate with peers and project teams on complex projects and issues progress and provide status reports to management 10. Agile development experience required.
